When traveling during the high occupancy leisure season make sure to remove all your valuables from you vehicles, especially any GPS devices that may be attached to your windows and clearly visible. These items make you a higher target for would be thieves that look for a quick grabs. If you have items you don’t feel comfortable with leaving in your room check with the front desk where ever you stay and ask if there is a safe in your room or a safety deposit box at the front desk.
This last weekend was the Lancaster County Flower Show, located at the New Holland Recreation Center. The Lancaster County Flower Show exists to bring a sophisticated yet accessible flower and garden experience to the communities of Lancaster County. If you didn’t make it this year make sure to put it on your calendar for next year.
Lancaster has had plenty of rain and a great week of sun to bring all the flowers in Lancaster County into bloom. The leafs on the trees are out and the landscape is once again green, with spots or red, yellow orange everywhere the flowers grow. Our own Hilton Garden Inn is a great example of of this. Below are some great photos of the spring flowers at the Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster.
