Each of the staff on the desk assisted us ably and readily no matter what the question or need. The manager was equally responsive and resourceful. The woman who prepared and presented the food did an excellent job and was willing to provide anything we requested. Every one we encountered was congenial and exceptionally friendly.

The entire front desk staff was extremely accommodating from the time of our arrival. We were in town for a volleyball tournament with other team members’ families. Any request we had for team gatherings were honored. They definitely went over and above the call of customer service. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely stay there again just because of the staff.

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times over many, many years as family live in the area. We have always been welcomed warmly. Mary Jane and Nancy are wonderful, as is the woman who takes care of the breakfast room; her name escapes me at this time. It is a great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and we were very pleased with the location. It was quiet which made it a very relaxing time. We felt safe staying at this hotel and noise was never an issue (like some hotel chains). Definitely will stay at Country Inns & Suites again! The delicious cookies are a nice touch! The desk clerk recommended a restaurant in town and we had a very nice dinner to add to the great stay………….

This hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the rotating showerhead in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The daily breakfast exceeded expectation. I have never had such a delicious and filling complimentary hotel breakfast. All of the staff members that I spoke with were friendly, patient, and helpful. Our room was fresh and tidy each day and our personal items undisturbed (no easy task with four women staying in the room!). All business/front desk interactions were friendly and trouble free. The women who attended the breakfast room were sweet and friendly and everything was always neat and well-stocked. A very nice stay!

The woman in the breakfast room was a gem. When we came down to breakfast, the room was filled with a high school baseball team. The woman, I didn’t get her name, offered to run interference and retrieve any food we needed for breakfast. She was also so cheery.

IT’S ALL ABOUT CLEANLINESS – YOUR HOTEL MET OUR EXPECTATION IN THIS REGARD. ROOM FURNISHINGS WERE ADEQUATE. FORM DESK STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY. HOTEL WAS A BIT ON THE WARM SIDE. GREAT COFFEE AND COOKIES.

My name is David Pxxxxxx, I was a guest at your hotel the Fairfield Inn in Lancaster last Thursday (02/17/2011).
I was there for a over night stay and interview in the morning. It was a very important day for me and I had everything ready except my tie. I had forgotten it. I did not feel comfortable with out it due to the necessary presentation I would be making this particular day. I was bold enough to ask the gentleman at the front desk of you your hotel if he would be so kind to let me borrow it. He was quick to answer the bell and save my day before it had even begun. I am embarrassed that I don’t remember his name right now but I did tell one of the other managers and I believe she knew who I was talking about.
The bottom line here is that I needed no distractions and had but myself in a bad state of mind before my Big Day. The gentlemen stepped in and helped me remain undistracted.
I ended up having a successful day and moved forward in the process with the company I am interviewing for. This could be a life changing opportunity. I appreciate the kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. It meant a great deal to me.
